What fills my Hours:

Retired but selling car parts on eBay and Craigslist. I do Craigslist ads for Doug’s 4-Wheelers and maintain his website and Facebook page. I spend as much time as I can with Sue, Kids, and Grandkids.

Family/Children:

Wife: Sue, 46 years in July! Retired from Central after 22 years in the Music and Admissions Offices.

Son: Tim, 5^th Grade Teacher, Gainesville, VA Wife, Andrea, VP at Aimpoint, both graduated from Central Twin daughters, Emma & Abby, both 2^nd graders

Daughter: Sara, Kindergarten Teacher, Lynnville-Sully, Husband, Kevin, Language Arts Teacher, L-S, both graduated from Central Daughter, Madison, Freshman at Central , Son, Noah, Freshman at L-S

Son: Joe, News Director at KDLS Radio in Perry, IA., Graduated from Central, wife Sarah, Registration Desk, Hotel Pattee in Perry, dog, Digby.

Recent Awards:

I received the Give Back Award in 2016 and the Outstanding Employee in 2017 at the Eddyville Raceway in Eddyville, Iowa

After Central:

I worked at Vermeer MFG for 5 ½ years, moved to Texas and worked for Vermeer Sales and Service in Houston for 3 years, moved to Colorado and went work in Several Ford New Car Dealerships, then worked in Classic Car Restorations and was in charge of 150 cars. We spent 14 ½ years there. Moved back to Pella in 1995 and went back to Vermeer for 6 ½ years in Quality Control. I sold Cargo Trailers and worked on more restorations until 2006. Summer of 2006 I went to work at Eddyville Raceway park as an NHRA Technical Inspector. In 2014-2016, I was the Head IHRA Tech Inspector at Eddyville.
