What fills my Hours; I am Property Chairman for the Reformed Dutch Church of Claverack, NY. Our church is over 300 years old with an Education building and historical parsonage.  In addition, I play golf most days during the summer and work around the house, as a master of the “honey-do’s”.

Family/Children; I have been married to Snookie since 1971.  We have 3 daughters: 

-Joy lives in New Orleans with her life partner, Matt.  They play gigs and she also dose craft work that she sells in a shop.

-Sara Zoe is married to Brendan and is a Liberian technology teacher in Portsmouth, NH.

-Kerri is our youngest and was adopted at age 3 from a Korean orphanage.  She is married to Dr. Ryan Suess who works at Amazon in Seattle.  Kerri graduated from Georgetown Law school.  She works for a big-time law firm.  Her specialty is patent law.

Recent Awards; I have been retired since 1998.

After Central; I stayed at Central for two years.  I coached tennis, had the first soccer club, was intramural director and helped with football.  I worked at a summer camp in Rhineland, Wisconsin and received my draft notice while there.  I spent 2 years in Viet Nam.  An early out to grad school put me at Springfield College.  Financial problems caused me to teach at Longmeadow elementary school.  I met Snookie on a blind date while still in the Army.   We were both PE teachers and landed jobs 2 weeks before marriage.

I have been coaching for over 50 years and had great teams in football, tennis, and track.
